What is Full-Immersion?  
Full-Immersion is the concept upon which the resort strives to give our guests a realistic experience of being in another place and/or another time through the use of authentic props, sets, actors and performances from the selected period.  Guests will, to the limit of practicality, be able to experience life in another time while still enjoying 21st century amenities and luxury in our resort.

Millstone-Derry Theme Resort is the first of these 200 acre estates, recreating life in the waning years of the Victorian era, combining the elements of eastern and western Europe into a rural but very cosmopolitan experience.

The Operations Manual will break down and define the responsibilities of its various departments and will delineate its operations during Dormant, Inactive and Active Phases of operation.  Policies and Procedural references will be noted in the text where appropriate.
