Each guest is issued
a Passport granting them
access to the resort. Guests must keep this passport with them at
all times and surrender it to resort officials upon request. The
Passport remains the property of Entertainment Dynamics, much like a
credit or identification card issued by any bank.
The Passport will be stamped at the beginning and end of the guest's visit. Other notes
The Passport contains information about the guest, his or her accommodations, chosen vacation package, special dietary or medical needs, emergency contact information and even some of the guest's culinary and activity preferences. The Passport is required to obtain meals or register for in-resort activities. A photo will be taken at the Welcome Center and included in the Passport.
The last section of the Passport encodes the guest's payment information and includes account credit information. Credit cards tied to the guest's account and any positive balance can be charged using a reference number found on the last page.
